And regarding the variety of apple, try to use any sweet and juicy kind like Fuji, red delicious and Royal Gala. These juicy hard varieties are better for baking.
Moreover, sour and meaty variety apple won’t taste good in this breakfast muffin recipe. The non-juicy soft fleshy varieties of apples are good for eating raw.
Furthermore, the non-juicy meaty kind may get mushy and mixed with the batter while baking.

Tips:
1) Use a fresh apple for making cupcakes. Old or spotted apples may not give a better taste.
2) Also, while serving you can drizzle a few drops of honey or a scoop of butter frost cream on top the cupcake.
3) As a healthy option, use brown sugar or honey in place of white sugar.
4) For the vegan cupcake, use almond/soya milk in place of milk and use vegetable butter instead of butter.
5) Finally, do not avoid cinnamon powder as it gives an excellent blend of spice aroma for this fruit cupcake. Just grind ten sticks of cinnamon in a mixer and store tight. Use a pinch in a variety of baking dishes.
