Banana muffin or Banana cupcake is easy to do and a healthy muffin variety, prepared with bananas and whole wheat flour
Tips: 1) Do not bake beyond the mentioned time. 2) I used 5 small bananas and I like more of banana dominating muffins. If you don't like too much of banana, then reduce the number of bananas from 5 to 3 and increase the flour quantity 2 cups instead of 1.5cups. 3) Cinnamon powder is an optional ingredient and I love to include it in all my cake baking. 4) You can use brown sugar in place of honey.
