There are few tips and tricks to follow while making tikka masala, to achieve soft and tasty tikka. Paneer tikka masala is a gravy recipe prepared using dry tikka pieces. In future I will post tikka masala recipe too. This recipe is almost same as Chicken tikka and substitutes well for vegetarian taste buds.

This is very easy method of making paneer tikka and a fool-proof method which I made multiple times for the little paneer lover in my home. This paneer starter falls under both Paleo friendly and Low carb recipe categories. Paneer is a very good vegetarian alternative for paleo recipes.

To make tikkas paneer should not be crumbled and shapeless. Use properly shaped, firm paneer cubes to make this recipe as the veggies and paneer cubes tend to become softer after marination.

I used skewer sticks to make this. Also I showed how to do without skewer or toothpick sticks. Enjoy this dry paneer tikka as a meal starter or simply as a snack with some green chutney/dip or tomato ketchup. We love to have just as it is without any dip.
