This ‘not so favorite’ boring Radish has lots of excellent health benefits too thus becoming an essential vegetable.
To begin with, radish controls damage to our red blood cells.
Also, radish provides our system with adequate fibers, therefore improving the digestion. In addition to that radish also regulates bile production, safeguards your liver and the gallbladder, and is an excellent source for our body’s water retention.
Moreover, radishes are a good source for anthocyanins thus reducing the risk of cardiovascular diseases. Plus they are high on vitamin C, folic acid, and flavonoids too.
As these are very high in nutrients, radishes are a super good vegetable for hair health, skin health and overall health.

- Cook the bottom for few minutes, flip and apply some more ghee to cook the paratha.
- Remove from the tawa when golden brown spots appear.

Tips:
1) Always fine grate the radish for preparing the stuff to avoid leaks while rolling.
2) For extra spicy paratha, add some more Chilli powder. Moreover, if you are making for small kids then better avoid green chillies.
3) Addition of ghee gives a nice aroma to parathas and you can replace ghee with regular oil if you prefer.
