This is one of the favorite potato dishes I make very often in my kitchen. The sweet potato fry is made without a bit of water. The roasted effect is achieved only with sauteing oil and cooking steam.

Sweet potato is a favorite pick because of its high Vitamin A and Beta-carotene content. Apart from that, there are few other important nutrients and health benefits available in sweet potatoes.

Notes

Tips:
1) Choose small size sweet potatoes so that you can chop them easily.
2) Always check whether the potatoes are cooked before adding salt. The addition of salt at the earlier stage makes cooking slower.
