Tips/notes: 1) If you don’t have chilli flakes, just dry grind red chillies in a mixer. 2) For even more instant quick recipe, you can use tomato sauce instead of tomato paste. If using sauce no need to cook sauce. Just mix it with sautéed garlic and spices. Skip salt and sugar. 3) I like grainy textured sauce for pizza. If you want real paste texture then after cooking sauce let it cool and give a quick grind in blender and store.
