Pour one small ladle full of dosa batter in hot dosa tawa.
Don’t spread for thick pan pizza style dosa. You can make two to three at a time according to your tawa size.
Cook in less temperature. After two minutes, when the bottom side is cooked, flip dosa to the other side.
Again cook for two minutes. Press the small utthappas with the dosa flip slightly.
Flip them back to the original position. Now both the sides are cooked, but not roasted. Be careful not to burn.
On the cooked top side, apply pizza sauce, spread it evenly.
Spread with grated cheese.
Top it with chopped vegetables.
At this stage, you can sprinkle with oregano or chilli flakes seasoning if you like.
Close with a lid and cook in low flame for 2-4 minutes until the cheese melts.
Serve hot as breakfast or pack in box.
