This is a simple fruit salad recipe with a healthy dressing using mint and lemon juice.
Notes: 1. You can use any kind of fruits to make this salad. But try to include starchy fruits as well as citrus fruits like orange sweet lime, pineapple, sapota, melon, papaya, strawberries or cherries extra. 2. Always try to serve fruit salad freshly after preparation. Chopped fruits may become dark in appearance because of the oxidation. 3. Mint leaves give a burst of fragrance hence do not avoid. Also, you can replace mint juice in place of mint leaves. 4. Use a pinch of pepper powder for an extra boost of vitamin C. 5. For kids add an extra tablespoon of honey before serving.
