Sugar – 3tbspoptional only for pure dark chocolates
Vanilla essence – 1/2tsoptional
Milk – 4cups800ml
Nuts – For garnishing
Instructions
Recipe:
Heat 100ml of boiled milk in a pan in low heat
Add chocolate chunks and mix with a wooden ladle
Chocolates start to melt.
Mix the melting chocolate with milk.
Pour this chocolate milk mix with remaining milk and keep on stove
Mix thoroughly in low heat
When it starts thickening switch off the flame.
Using a hand blender mix it very well. If using electric blender keep in low speed and blend till froth produced as shown here. I used hand mixer. At this stage if you are using bitter dark chocolates add sugar according to taste.
Sugar is not required for usual milk chocolates or sugar added dark chocolates.
Finally add few chopped nuts for garnishing
Quick Chocolate milk is ready to serve. If preferring cold milk keep in refrigerator for a while and serve.

Tips/notes: Choose chocolates without caramel for this recipe as it may alter the taste If chocolates are already with nuts no need to add final garnishing For pure hot chocolate melt more chocolates and add very little full fat reduced milk/cream
