2 ingredient pancake | Super quick kids friendly pancake
2 ingredient pancake is a super-quick, kids friendly, healthy banana pancake prepared with just two ingredients.
Bananas and eggs are the two basic ingredients for this recipe. Make this instant pancake in just 5 to 10 minutes. This is commonly called as banana pancakes.
Bananas and eggs both are packed with healthy essential vitamins like Vitamin B-complex, protein, potassium and many more. Daily an egg and a banana in kids’ menu would be very helpful for their growth.

Ingredients
Ingredients: (to make 6 pancakes)
- 2 eggs
- 2 small or 1 large banana
Optional:
- Baking powder-1 pinch
- Salt-1 pinch
To garnish:
- Honey-1 tbsp
Instructions
Recipe to prepare 2 ingredient pancake:
- In a mixing bowl take one large banana or two small Bananas. The Bananas I used are too small (elakki variety) hence I have taken 4.
- Mash the bananas nicely with a fork like a paste as shown. If you make large quantities you can even blend with mixer.
- Add eggs and whisk together, make a thick batter.
- If you prefer fluffy pancakes add a pinch of baking powder.
- Heat a tawa or pan, grease with butter or ghee.
- Pour a ladle full batter. Do not spread.
- In just two mins flip and cook.
- As this pancake has only bananas and eggs, this is very delicate to handle.so please be careful while flipping.
- Serve this hot or cold with honey.

- Reduce banana quantity and increase eggs for hassle free easy pancakes.
