Notes

Tips: 1) Firstly, this muttai sadam itself is very flavorful because of the whole spices we use. Still, if you like a stronger flavor, you can use a little bit of garam masala powder. 2) Moreover, try to use fresh pepper powder as it gives a unique taste and aroma to the rice. 3) Finally, pepper and green chillies are more than enough for the spice requirements. But if you like extra spicy masala rice you can use some chilli powder too.

  4. Hi Kiran,
For 5 to 6 eggs, you can add one large cup of cooked rice(approx.250g). It equals around 100g of uncooked rice(1/2cup).
