Pizza dosa | Dosa pizza recipe with video
Pizza dosa or dosa pizza is a simple and quick dosa recipe coming under kids’ special breakfast. This is a super quick recipe if you have dosa batter readily available. This is an easy breakfast recipe for kids and you can top with any vegetables as per your preference.
Prepare this pizza dosa thin or thick. My kids prefer this like thick small pan pizza size, so I make as small utthappa fun size. This thick small pizza dosa is easy to handle and hold for kids. If you make dosas too thin, the toppings may fall off easily and also difficult to cut and handle.
Today I topped it with capsicum and onion slices. You can use grated carrots, boiled corn kernels, and even boiled chopped eggs, paneer anything, which your kid prefer. I have used homemade pizza sauce for this pizza dosa recipe. Learn how to make this pizza sauce in home in just 15 minutes easily from my old post.
Also, I don’t use oregano and red chilli flakes for this pizza dosa, as my kids prefer it without seasoning. You can sprinkle on top of veggies if you like.
